Hand crafted from a railroad spike, with a high carbon spring steel cutting edge forge welded in, taken to ~50 Rockwell for good edge retention. Made for use. Ships with a semi-sharp edge, but will take and hold a very sharp edge. The balance point is perfect, right on the front finger. Should be a great thrower too. Brown leather scabbard, with a 2" thick belt loop. Double stitched.

While railroad spike isn't the greatest steel, this was a gift for my friend who works for the railroad company and wanted a light use/display piece. I'm very happy with the outcome
