How to use

Peel off the adhesive backing: Remove the protective backing from the underarm sweat pad to expose the sticky side.
Position the pad inside your clothing: Stick the adhesive side of the pad to the inside of your garment, specifically in the underarm area where you sweat the most.
Press firmly and wear your clothing: Ensure the pad is securely attached by pressing it down firmly. Put on the garment as usual.
Remember to dispose of the used pads after each use.
